Ceremonies:
The Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Willamette Falls church was built in 1925. Our traditional Sanctuary is lit by exquisite stained glass windows by the famous Povey Brothers, and has oak pews with burgundy cushions, multi-colored carpet in rosy/burgundy hues, beige walls, a moveable oak pulpit, and a beautiful Boston Grand piano. The main floor of the sanctuary seats 225. The sanctuary is located on the first floor of the historic main building which has multiple stairway entrances. It is also accessible via elevator from the new Boones Ferry addition which is ADA accessible. Our main church building is currently listed on the Register of Historic Places.
Our ceremonies include a rehearsal and decoration time on the day before. Additional time may be purchased, if needed. You are welcome to bring your own officiant.

Receptions:
Downstairs from the sanctuary, we have a large banquet hall and kitchen which is the perfect space for receptions! The floors in the banquet hall, known as the Bachelder Room, were recently replaced in December 2019 with bright new wood flooring which adds extra light in the space. There are 120 chairs, wood tables, and folding tables available for use. Our kitchen adjoins the Bachelder Room with two doors and serving windows. The kitchen was recently remodeled to offer an incredible, industrial, fully equipped kitchen space which boasts a commercial gas stove, refrigerator, dish sanitizer, three sinks, and plenty of counter space. The Bachelder Room is located on the ground floor of the historic main building which has multiple stairway entrances, as well as a ramp down from the back parking area. It is also accessible via elevator from the new Boones Ferry addition which is ADA accessible.
We do not provide catering services and you are welcome to use any outside catering of your choice, or bring your own wares. Alcohol is allowed within certain restrictions and guidelines.
Other Available Services:
Our Rev. Marcia Stanard’s fee for officiating the ceremony is $500 (includes rehearsal), pending availability.
To Reserve:
A security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date, and is fully refundable after your event assuming no damage is done or policies have been violated.
